Ways to Pay Your Loan

Making a loan payment is simple.

Repaying your loan is easy. Simply make your payment online, by phone, mail it in, or stop by your nearest branch.

Fastest Ways to Pay:

• Online Banking. Access your account via our mobile app or online banking platform and easily make loan payments from your Advanz checking/savings under Transfers > Account Transfers.
• Online using a debit/credit card. Pay your loan with a debit card using this website. 
  Note: A $4.95 service fee will be assessed if the payment is done via self-service, and $9.95 if taken by an Advanz team member. The cutoff time for same-day processing is 10:00 p.m. EST Monday - Friday. Additionally, there is a separate transaction for each loan, meaning a fee will be assessed for each individual loan payment. 

Other Ways to Pay:

• Come see us! Make a payment at one of our locations during business hours with a member of our team. We also have night drops at 4 of our 5 locations (not available at Tarcana).
• Schedule a transfer. Set up a recurring transfer in online banking to automatically pull your loan payment from your Advanz checking/savings account; you can also contact us to set up an automatic loan payment at 502.429.4955.
• External transfers in Online Banking. You can make payments from accounts outside Advanz in online banking under Transfers > External Transfers. Here is a helpful guide that outlines how to do this step-by-step.
• Online Bill Pay (with another financial institution). Pay your Advanz loan from another bank or credit union's bill pay service. When prompted, use your loan number (found on your loan documents) and the following contact info:
