Online Banking

Our Online Banking system is free to Advanz members, providing you and your family with free, secure and easy online access to your Advanz accounts. Additionally, a member’s Online Banking is automatically activated when the account is opened, so there are no sign up steps required!

How to Access Online Banking:

  • Your temporary username will be your Member Number and your temporary password will be the last 4 digits of your social security number
  • Once logged in, you will be prompted to choose a new username and password.
    • Your password must be at least eight characters and include at least three of these four character types: upper case letter, lower case letter, number, and symbol (?!$#*&)

Change or Forgotten Password:

  • To change your password for Online Banking — Under Member Services there will be an option to “Change Password”. Once selected you will be prompted to type in your current password and then key in a new password.
  • If you forgot your password — Click on “Forgot Password?” You will be prompted to answer a couple of questions before an email is sent to the email address on file with a temporary password. The temporary password will expire in 24 hours.
  • If you've been locked out of Online Banking — Please contact us during regular business hours to unlock your user access to Online Banking and the Mobile App.

  • View your Credit Card account
  • Preschedule transfers or setup reoccurring transfers within your Advanz accounts, and to other Advanz members. You can even setup external transfers to an account you may have with another financial institution!
  • Send us a secure message via the Message Center
  • Update your profile, username and password, and create account suffixes in the Member Services section

And, the ID and password you establish for Online Banking will also work for Mobile Banking!

Text Alerts

You can choose to receive alerts via text, email, or both for a wide variety of events specific to your desired account(s), including:

  • Account info changes & logins
  • ACH activity
  • Balance thresholds
  • Payment reminders
  • Debit, Deposit, & Withdrawal thresholds
  • Overdrafts
  • Transfer notifications
  • So much more!

How to Set Up Alerts:

  1. Login to Online Banking using the yellow Banking Login button at the top of this page

  2. Once logged in, click My Profile in the top menu bar

  3. Select Manage Alerts

  4. Select either View or Edit Alerts or Add an Alert depending on whether or not you have any existing alerts set up

  5. Modify or create your desired alerts

  6. Click Submit

How to enroll in Text Alerts:

  1. Login to Online Banking using the yellow Banking Login button at the top of this page

  2. Once logged in, click My Profile in the top menu bar

  3. Select Manage Alerts

  4. Select Send Alerts To

  5. Check the box next to SMS (XXX-XXX-XXXX) and any other preferred delivery methods

  6. Click Submit

Our Bill Pay system allows any Advanz member with a checking account to conveniently and securely pay your bills from anywhere you have access to a computer or phone (with Internet access) anytime, day or night. And there's no limit to the number of monthly transactions you can make!

To enroll in our Bill Pay program, please sign in to Online Banking. Once you're logged in, click on Online Services – then the Bill Pay option.
