COVID-19 has impacted normal life for all of us. Advanz wants you to know that we understand the challenges you are facing, and we are here for you.

As of Wednesday, July 8, we have select branch lobbies open for business.

As we have been doing since the start of the pandemic, Advanz remains committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all staff, members, and visitors. To ensure we continue to provide these measures, we have established the following guidelines in order to allow us to safely reopen some of our lobbies.

What you need to know about visiting a branch:

  • Members and visitors will be asked to self-assess themselves related to COVID-19 symptoms prior to entering our lobbies and will be asked to refrain from entering the Credit Union if they are experiencing symptoms or have been exposed to someone with confirmed COVID-19 or potential symptoms.
  • We kindly ask that everyone entering wear a mask to ensure the safety of all those inside the branch.
  • We are limiting visitors in each lobby so we can practice social distancing. We will be requesting members to maintain 6 feet distance from others, along with following other social distancing guidelines while in the lobbies.
  • Visitors should be limited to one person per family whenever possible.
  • We still ask that you make appointments for lengthy transactions, lending, and opening new accounts, etc.
  • There will not be forms available in the lobby. Please step up to the teller window to complete your transaction.
  • Employees will be following increased cleaning and disinfecting protocol, and safety shields have been installed at all member service areas.
  • Hand sanitizer will be made available in the lobbies for use before and after transactions are completed.
  • We will not have public restrooms at this time – thank you for understanding.
  • For the time being, we will be unable to conduct Shared Branching transactions at our drive thru lanes due to the length of time the transactions take. We apologize for any inconvenience.

While we are happy to be reopening some of our branch lobbies, we do recommend members continue to conduct Advanz banking and communication needs through the use of branch drive thru lanes and ATMs, Online and Mobile Banking, email and telephone.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we have been working hard to ensure our staff & members are taken care of during these trying times.

Because of the events in downtown Louisville, our Downtown branch in the Court House Annex Building will remain closed until further notice. We will continue to assess the downtown situation each week to consider the reopening of the branch as our employees’ and members’ safety is our top priority. We will inform you when this branch is set to reopen. Should you wish to visit a branch, you will be able to do so at our five opened branches listed above during their regular business hours as of Wednesday, July 8.
