Recent Changes to Advanz Debit CardsAdvanz Credit Union debit card

We recently transferred our debit cards and ATMs to a new processor. While this should have had minimal effect on most cardholders, please read below for important information regarding the recent change.

FAQs: What You Need to Know

  • When did the change take place? Monday, May 24 from 4-5am EST.
  • Will I be getting a new card? No! Your current card will continue to work as usual.
  • How long will my card work? Until the expiration date printed on your card.
  • Can I continue to manage my account in the same place? All transactions done after the transfer on May 24 will show on the CardNav app instead of the MobiMoney app. You will now be able to use the CardNav app to monitor and manage both your Advanz debit and credit cards in the same place! Download the app below:

  • How does this change affect Advanz ATMs? Our ATM locations and availability have not been affected with the change in processor. All ATMs are available for normal use.
